FREE GUIDE: 4 Myths about Working in Tech - and Ways to Conquer Them!

The best way to combat your fear is to name it & address it.
— Someone brave & kinda crazy

I work with students on a daily basis who are accomplished high achievers — and yet, many are completely terrified of taking the leap to transition into tech. They don’t think they are technical enough, know enough, have enough background in tech, are smart enough, etc, etc, etc.

The one thing they don’t realize about their fears?

*EVERYONE* HAS THEM.

It’s ok to be afraid.

The lucky ones recognize that fear is just your mind letting you know that you’re pushing up against your learning edge. Simply naming that fear and acknowledging it often helps the fear subside and allow you to take the next step forward.

Let me help you address and conquer your fears with my free guide to ‘4 Myths about Working in Tech - and Ways to Conquer Them!’

I’m launching a new thing - and I want you to be a part of it.

Digital Orchards has launched!

I love the tech industry.

I think it is a dynamic and everchanging industry that has the power and ability to provide solutions for so many problems in our world and in our economy today. Tech is full of creative and intelligent problem solvers who enjoy working together to envision the future and make it come alive.

Tech does have its share of challenges and I know that some people don’t immediately share my love of tech.  I’m discovering that it’s partially because they don’t understand the tech industry, how it operates, and what its goals are — and because few have helped them to learn.

Digital Orchards is a project I’ve been dreaming about for a while.

After making multiple transitions between tech and non-tech organizations, I would like to help individuals and organizations better navigate the tech industry.

Step one: help those who would like to pivot to a career in tech.

I will be launching my first course entitled ‘Tech Search Compass’ in early November 2019. I’m excited to be combining my passion for teaching tech skills and helping people navigate their careers in the tech space.
